Our outbound mail servers are occasionally refusing to send email with the error "Sender verify failed". This doesn't appear to be affecting many customers. We are investigating.

We're making changes to try and identify/resolve the underlying problem.

Still doesn't seem to be affecting many customers.

We've tracked this down to a peculiar DNS problem on one of our resolvers in the Maidenhead datacentre. 

We will carry on monitoring this, but it should be 'resolved'.
