Packet loss between 5pm and 9pm on several GI-B RASs. Affected:

RED3-GI-B
RED4-GI-B
RED5-GI-B
RED6-GI-B
RED7-GI-B
RED8-GI-B

BT are investigating and will attempt to fix the issue today / overnight. 
Will check for an update tomorrow. 

BT had seen an issue but by the time they were investigating it the issue cleared. They will continue to investigate and chase this up.

Looks like packet loss is cleared, chasing BT for an update.

Traffic was moved to a different interface whilst BT was testing for the fault. Once testing was completed the traffic was moved back to this interface.

We did not see any loss last night, but since there is no overall resolution as of yet, we will need to keep an eye on the RASs.
