Since 2012-05-25 we have been seeing Packet loss all day on all BT CANONBURY exchange lines.
Resolution

BT carried out an Aggregator-MSAN IPMB (management card) switchover to the resilient card, this has stopped the packetloss issue.

This has been chased with BT, we're expecting an update tomorrow though.

This is still in BT Operates work queue, so there is not an update on this as yet. They should pick this job up today. We will chase them this afternoon.

BT claim that this has been escalated to a BT Operate advisor and will be picked up today, but due to the very high volumes they are dealing with they can't be specific as to when this will be.

BT advise that it is currently being investigated by BTO and latest update was added at 16:11 advising carrying out further investigation.

BTO have seen that there has been a LAG switch. From one port to another port. The may well be trying to see if the port was at fault. Hopefully they will have further updates this afternoon.
