Since 23:25 on 20th June we're seeing low but continuous levels of packetloss. BT are not aware of any problem, so at the moment we'll be reporting individual faults.

We now know of another ADSL line in Nacton with possibly a similar problem with a different ISP. We are progressing the individual faults but so far BT are not able to see a common cause.

BT have now raised an 'Incident', saying they have 570 affected lines on the Nacton Exchange!

BT have done something and the affected lines now look to be ok.

Nacton Exchange Packet loss:- Nasty loss (red), then lines went off (purple) then came back without packet loss, looking better now.

Final update from BT says:

Service has been restored as of 10:53; by completing: a reboot of hardware. BT regrets any inconvenience this may have caused.
