Due to a problem with a router in HEX some services are not working including L2TP termination from the internet, and NAT64 gateway.

We think we know how to address the original cause of the problem which relates to some recent software changes.

L2TP sorted for now - NAT64 will wait for hardware fix

The backup system was not being as stable as we would like for a little while, but we have managed to resolve that.

I would stress that this is not something affecting normal broadband access, internet acces, DNS or email. It was some systems hosted in HEX (Harbour Exchange Square), people using the test LNS, and L2TP endpoint services and the like. Sorry for any inconvenience.
