For some time we've had an ideas website - http://ideas.aaisp.net.uk- the idea was that it would be a good way for customers to submit their suggestions regarding our products and services, to comment and vote on other ideas. It has been used well by customers - thankyou!
However, the website had been let down by the fact that parts of it has been broken - eg inability to 'vote' on ideas! We are working today on migrating the existing 'Ideas' to a new site and we'll re-launch the 'Ideas' site later today or on Monday! |
